Who We Are
Lagom Home was founded by entrepreneur and impact investor, Jillian Ezra. Ms. Ezra earned her undergraduate degree in economics from New York University. She went on to work at Cartier, Lazard Asset Management, and Bridgewater. In 2012, she founded her eponymous video production company, Ezra Productions, in Los Angeles.
Ms. Ezra is an avid traveler, and has lived in Los Angeles, New York, Park City, Raleigh, Florence, Stockholm, Nice, and Sydney. She has created a sense of home in each of these places, guided by the principles of Lagom.
Ms. Ezra is passionate about her family, empowering women and minorities, and investing capital to create a double- and triple-bottom line returns.
What We Do
We purchase single- and multi-family properties in high-growth markets that attract a large volume of professionals relocating from affluent areas. After renovating and furnishing the properties, they become high-end “landing pads” for professionals who are relocating to the area or working on short-term assignments.
